Animac, le Festival International de Cinéma d’Animation de Catalogne, est une exposition non compétitive adressée aux artistes qui utilisent l’animation comme instrument d’expression personnelle. Il cherche des visionnaires, des travaux indépendants et audacieux qui transgressent et remettent en question les limites de la narrative traditionnelle et qui enrichissent les capacités expressives du cinéma d’animation.

Chaque année, Arteleku (Donostia - San Sébastien) travaille en collaboration avec Animac et organise des activités, workshops et projections. Cette année Tabakalera se joint à cette collaboration. Le 6 mars accueillera le programme d’Animac pour les enfants : un atelier d’animation et une session de projections des meilleures créations d’animation adressées aux enfants.

This workshop teaches story telling and solving riddles by playing with Chinese shadows and optical toys. A fantastic journey through the period prior to films, where the participants will be able to recreate and think up stories using the device that preceded film making. The participants (adults and children) will learn to build up a performance based on acting, painting, sound, voice and the light movement.
